tiffling’s guide to gaining that spare tyre round your waist

(all purely based on personal experience, inspired by her daily supper sessions )

1. eating supper without fail at night, preferably after 11p.m.

2. your supper must be coupled with a canned drink

3. eat junks at intervals of 4-5 hours (e.g. strips of choki choki)

4.do not exercise

5.always use the lift and not the stairs to go to class

6.eat in front of the computer(e.g. when you’re watching movies)

7.after eating, remain seated in that chair and get up only for biological/hygiene purposes(i.e. wash up, toilet call)

8.sit around and do nothing.
